📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods or launches, processing time may extend slightly.

🚚 Shipping Inside Egypt

We deliver nationwide through trusted delivery partners.

Shipping Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days

  • Upper Egypt: 3–5 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

(Delivery times may vary depending on courier workload.)

💵 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the courier’s rates.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS from the courier.

❗ Failed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery and cannot reach you:

  • They will try again

  • If the order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply

📦 Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
We will replace or refund the order according to our Refund Policy.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
