Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Coffee beans or capsules after opening

Food & beverage raw materials

Items with broken seals
Time Frame
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photos/videos of the issue.
Refund Method

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used, including Paymob online payment.

Processing may take 2–5 business days depending on the bank.
Order Cancellations
Orders placed by mistake can be canceled before shipping.
