At Impr’isso, your satisfaction is our priority.
If there is an issue with your order, we offer support under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Your order did not arrive

  • The product has a manufacturing issue

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Coffee beans or capsules after opening

  • Food & beverage raw materials

  • Items with broken seals

Time Frame

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photos/videos of the issue.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed through the same payment method used, including Paymob online payment.

  • Processing may take 2–5 business days depending on the bank.

Order Cancellations

Orders placed by mistake can be canceled before shipping.
