La Chaquera, produced by Qima Coffee in the highlands of Huila at 1,800 MASL, represents Colombia’s elegance in every sip.
Ripe Caturra cherries are hand-picked, pulped the same day, and fermented 18–24 hours under controlled temperature. They’re washed with fresh mountain water and dried 12–15 days on raised beds — a process that preserves bright citric acidity and layered sweetness.
